I suggest you listen to Kato.
CDI units are notorious for intermittent failures, especially when hot. If you keep riding the bike, a failing CDI unit will eventually die altogether, frequently stranding you in the worst possible place. :( Replace the CDI unit with a new one, and see if the problems disappear.
If the problems continue, you need to fix something else. If the problems disappear, get another CDI unit. Having a spare greatly facilitates troubleshooting the electrical system, and allows you to ride instead of waiting for a spare to arrive.
