Yesterday I drained the stock 'fish oil' from the forks, and installed 330 ml of Mobil1 Synthetic ATF. The stock fork oil was approximately 2.5W, and the Mobil1 Synthetic ATF is approximately 10W. Today I took a ride on pavement and dirt to test the fork oil. The improvement in fork rebound damping is very noticeable on
all surfaces.
