Nice photos of the build. I use Picasa and use the export function to make them 640 size. This website displays them within the width of the text box at that resolution.
Depending if you have a MAC (I do) or a PC, there are many free utilities for resizing pictures and you dont need any arty knowledge to get them smaller, it's all automatic.
