If you want to keep the saddle height low, I recommend the Shinko 244, size 3.00-18, for the front tire. This is my current front tire, and it performs well.
A smaller rear tire you might like is the Shinko 700, size 5.10-17.
If you want a more aggressive tread, the Shinko 244, size 5.10-17 is very nice, but it will raise the saddle height about 1/2-inch more than the Shinko 700.
