So just out of curiousity I sent them a few questions, and they repleied right away with some bizarre answers.....
"no, this is off road bike, can't drive on the street.

would you expect anything less than confusion from a china bike retailer?
I got thinking though...To sell them as a street legal bike, you would need a motorcycle dealers license in whatever state you are based...No license, just sell them as dirt bikes.
