OhHell, I am sorry to hear this. Crap. A year later? Gee. Shipper was responsible, and a claim should have been made as soon as the bike disappeared. Don could have gotten the bill of lading from the warehouse and track it down that way, or get the bill of lading to you so you could do it. There may be a time limit on claims though. The bill of lading shows up with the package. I picked mine up at a local trucking depot (a storm, then a TBR7). If it sat at the warehouse for long, some thief at the warehouse probably stole it. "Abandoned merch", but you should have been notified when it arrived at the depot. Were you?

Don doesn't make much on these drop shipped orders. He needs to retire. Anyone that sees this post will look elsewhere now anyway.
