If you can afford a Versys LT, I would buy one. They're the best middleweight Kawasaki make. You're going to give up a bit of dirt capability though.
I note that the RX4 will have aluminium rims and a stainless steel header pipe as standard (finally!).
The wheels are an interesting item; that's the first time alloy rims have been offered on a CSC bike. My guess is it all helps with the weight.
