I don't know what the concern is about wheel quality, but I can say they're nicer wheels and knobby tires than what you get with the TT250. Shiny black wheels rather than the matte finish. Just about everything is better than the TT250, other than lack of kickstart, no fuel gauge, and that stupid brake-starter lockout safety.
I'm not proud of it but I got mine via Am@zon, which also seems out of stock at the moment. If you want to buy at least
ten at a time, there's Alibaba!
