I suggest you call CSC for the definitive answer to both questions.

However, the EC Cami 250 Owner's Manual specifies the torque for the counter shaft (C/S) sprocket to be 55 Nm, which is 41 foot-pounds.

Are you inquiring about the screw which holds the air filter assembly together? If so, it might be included in part #9, the Air Filter Element Bracket.
