I called CSC this morning, and got some information regarding the shock absorber. Indeed, the shock does contain nitrogen, and the pressure of the gas might be as high as 320-375 psi. I'm sure if the nitrogen pressure were low, my shock would not be functioning as well as it is.

I am on the hunt for an aftermarket shock absorber. Is anyone else interested in upgrading the stock shock absorber?
