I dont think going from a 26mm too a 28mm is going to make you lose bottom end ... It might get harder to tune but it should be the same or more.. Specially when your switching over too a performance carb
I looked into other areas and it seems tons of people run 28mm carbs on 120-140cc bikes .. Are motors are nothing fancy but they are 229cc's and should utilize a 28mm carb
