Before re-installing the headlight, I turned on the ignition key, and tested the SpeedoDRD. The speedometer immediately received a signal from the SpeedoDRD, and the SpeedoDRD flashed the appropriate signals indicating a good installation.
Next, I programmed the SpeedoDRD for a negative 11.1% input to the speedometer, as shown in the following video.
