Not sure on your bike, but it is common practice to hide all this stuff under the seat next or near to the battery. Sometimes under the fuel tank, but not always.

So, remove the seat and find the battery. Hopefully near it you will see an in-line fuse or a set of fuses in a little holder. The "flasher" will be the relay that makes your indicators go on and off. It is usually about 1 inch square or 1 inch round tube. Vibration can cause fuses to blow or relays to unseat themselves, so as Spudrider suggested, gently push and pull connections to make sure they are seated properly.

Go to a supermarket and buy a cheap voltmeter / test meter. A few dollars. This can be used to check that 12v is getting to the bulb or as a tester to see if fuses are blown or not. Can save you loads of time troubleshooting silly issues.
