The company I bought mine from seems to have gone out of business, so I can't help you with that....
I can tell you that I think this bike is a really nice general purpose machine. It is great on trails and has very reliable / usable power for low speed tight trails.
It is not a high speed machine and does not have suspension suited for jumps (in my opinion) -- do some searches and I think there are still companies shipping them for around $1k
