Vader 150 silencer tip blew out of $36 exhaust.

I've got this $36 exhaust on amazon (now $37 add tax):

This exhaust shows up for anything up to a 250-300cc.

The Vader 150 only has a 138cc engine from what I gathered (maybe I'm wrong).
Just recently I found the carburetor jetting sweet spot in my area, and took it out for a ride, but the silencer tip blew out.

The silencer tip is attached with a single screw, which was loctited.
From the remnants, it looks like the metal sheered off at the mounting bolt, and once the allen lost grip, the silencer rocketed out.
Thankfully I've only had the exhaust for 27 days so it'll be an Amazon return. The muffler is good, so I'll keep it, and return the new one, only to be fair to the seller.

I either will have to find a way to make the bike quieter with another slipon, or modify the current slipon to handle the extra power.

Any ideas?

I have the same muffler I believe, https://mymotorcycleblog.com/boom-va...-instructions/ , I ran it without the baffle for a long time. So you should be ok, but will admit without the baffle it's loud.

This one, I put a small nut on the top side, hoping it would help.
Also removed the end cap on the inside. Makes it louder, and sound less nice, but still nicer than without anything at all.

Good advice on removing the end cap, forgot to mention I did that when I returned the baffle to the bike. Still loud, but not ridiculous.

I recently tried reenforcing the silencer, by welding with a stick welder.
You need a very thin welding stick, with a low number like a 6010, size 1/32 to 1/16.
It's really difficult to do.

An alternative is using a propane torch, heat up the exhaust tip, and solder it with high lead solder. High tin solder doesn't stick and rolls right off.
Solder is probably the worst kind of way to reinforcement, but considering that the 3 tack welds barely keep up, it may be just all the exhaust needs.
