Wiring Help

I bought a Tao GK110 and someone put a new motor on it. I also got the blown engine in the deal. Everything is hooked up except the wiring. I have all of it sorted out except the wires from the motor. In the picture, "A" is what comes out of the engine on the kart now. The plug doesn't match the kart. "B" is the blown engine wit the plug that matches the kart. How can I tell what wires to splice together?

Green/white to green
Blue/white to blue/white
Red/black to red/blue
Either yellow to yellow
Other yellow to white
The yellow are for charging battery and running lights. Shouldn't matter which goes to white since they both run through the alternator/rectifier.
