Finally broke clutch lever TT250. Any recommendations?

These levers must be made from Zamak. as it broke in an easy layover.

Any recommendations on something stronger? Back in the day I had some nylon or something levers on my 250 Yamaha and they were virtually unbreakable.

CSC recently ran a sale on parts. I don't know if it's still active. Call and ask.

I installed these on all three of my TT250's. Installation wasn't bad. I rotated the controls to more of a downward angle and moved them in a bit to clear the wraparound portion. Moving the controls had an extra perk of making them more ergonomic. My hands lay on the grips without straining my wrists.

Pick out the color you want. Order the set for 7/8" bars. Don't waste your money on the grip cutter. I did and I regret it. I ended up using an X-ACTO knife to clean up the rubber that the grip cutter didn't cut.

I have a pair of these on my TT. $30 for both ain't bad, but I cannot attest to the strength. I got the bark busters that CSC sells right off the bat to prevent that, and they've paid for themselves after maybe 4-5 drops. Initially I just buzzed off the ball ends of the OEM levers to make the guards fit, and ended up with these for a better fit.

I've tried a couple lever protection bark buster sets, but with multiple camera and phone mounts there just wasn't room on the bars.
Guess I should see about moving a couple mounts and try again.
I appreciate the suggestions.

I have a RAM mount installed on the left handlebar of Buzz. There's room for the RAM mount and the D-Flex Pro with no interference.

Can you please post a couple pictures of your handlebar setup?
