Low seat height China Bike?

Does anyone know if there is a Ninja 400 clone or similar China bike with that 30” seat height?

I was telling girl I know about the Lifan and she’s looking at genuine Ninja 400s now. I figured I’d show her the Chinese equivalent.

The Venom X22R 250 has a low seat height of 31". My daughter can flat foot it and she's only 5' tall.

Thanks!! This girl is 5ft too. That’s perfect.

She’s pretty dead set on the Ninja 400 but I’ll pass the info on.

The Ninja 400 would be a great bike for a beginner, but Chinese bikes do serve their purpose. Namely, lower cost, often paying cash vs. name brand price and financing. When (not if) the bike is dropped, one does not cry as much with most any Chinese bike. Three street bikes offered by Lifan include the KP200, the KPR200, and the KPM200. The KP/KPR bikes are listed at 30.5 inch seat height, and the KPM is listed at 30.7. I have seen the prices on these bikes anywhere between $2400 to $2500 for the KP or KPR, and closer to $3k for the KPM. But, the Ninja 400 will always have a great resale value based on the cult following for the 250s. If it was me, dirt bikes are the best learning tool, and I would go with the X-Pect.

Exactly what I told her.

Learn to ride on the dirt first. It’s both more forgiving and teaches you to read the terrain/texture better. A skill that can mean life or death on the road.

She’s looking at going to one of those riding schools.

Speaking of, one of the funniest things I ever saw in my life was a Harley riding school. These guys all dressed in Harley costumes trying to look as badass as possible, but had no idea how to ride a bike.

Handlebars shaking like children riding their first bike, jerky clutch motion/stalling. It was hilarious!!
