Forks bump and knock sound

I think I've narrowed my shudder issue when braking down to the forks.

My front rotor isn't warped, wheel bearings and headstock bearings are fine, changing fork oil didn't solve my issue either, and there is no movement of the brake caliper causing for slippage.

This problem started a few months ago when there was an audible "pop" or "knock" sound as I was taking off and going into a left turn at low a speed.

When braking there is shudder as the front forks depress under load.

I can replicate this by rocking the bike back and forth while holding the front brake and there is an audible knock and I can also feel the bump.

Any idea what this could be? Bike is a 2020 TBR7.

The caliper is bolted down to the fork well but now I have noticed there is still some movement in a different part of the caliper not directly connected to where it's mounted.

Tried getting a video to show and listen. Might need to turn up volume a little to hear it-- Sorry it's a bit dark.

Edit: Yep. I think that the caliper is the issue. I just tried my best to rock back and forth without using the front brakes and didn't notice it.
