I don't have an RX3 (yet) but I think I've read the dying problem is caused by loose battery cables. Have you tried cleaning and tightening the battery cables?

i think maybe it could be some electrical problem. your bike has gear indicator? you think and test what could cause shortening out.
maybe no good earth from battery. run thick cable (like automotive) from neg. terminal to bottom of engine at rear. i think you can find solution - it is only a motorcycle! best wishes!

Hello friend Panzerfaust. This article may help to find the reason for your engine stopping: http://www.cscmotorcycles.com/Articles.asp?ID=261
It is English, but may be of help. Very important to be sure the connections at the battery and at the starter solenoid are clean and secure, all of the electrics are powered from there. Good luck. |
