Mikuni carb leaking gas on Apollo rx250

I’m having a problem with leaking gas ride on the stock carb for over a year and few weeks ago it’s started leaking gas from the hose at the bottom of the carb I installed a new carb thinking it would fix it because I heard about float pins getting stuck but I installed it and on the first start up with the new carb it was still leaking gas anyone know what the problem can be ?

tap on the side of the carb with a wrench or something made of metal repeatedly and it should set the needle valve in place, make sure bleeder screw is tight at bottom of carb as well.
