According to http://cmpo.co.uk/ stock Pulse Adrenaline 250 = 520 15T/43T/112L . They also sold 16T. Compares it in JT's catalog 1st , if in dobut ask them http://www.jtsprockets.com/contact w/ exact measurements. Once u know the # , u can source it more easily...
U may already know The engine is very similar to TU250 http://skybike.com.ua/upload/files/catalog25.pdf There's stock digital gauge for some market https://item.taobao.com/item.htm?id=533221131115 Those cheapy koso https://www.koso.com.tw/ copycats in fleabay/bangood/ aliexpress... aka the universal one are worth to try

Congrats on your new bike! I have had mine for a couple of years and really enjoy it. There are a few mods that can be done to this bike without spending a ton. Do you know if any mods have been done by the previous owner? What kind of riding do you plan to do with it?
A list of mods I have done to mine: 1. Stock muffler/cat modifications. 2. Stock air cleaner modifications. 3. Stock carb re-jetting/needle shim/slide modification. 4. I did experiment with a larger front sprocket (I would have to look at the sprocket to tell you what size)which made the bike nicer for highway riding, but made trail riding less fun. I eventually switched back to the stock sprockets since most of my riding is off road and around town riding. 5. Remove stock air pump smog equipment. 6. Remove the tamper proof cap that covers your idle mixture screw. (This bike is set up to run very lean at idle) For starters, I would recommend a Sigma jet kit (sold on Amazon or Ebay for around $35) which includes an assortment of jets, diagrams, and drill bits to do the above mods. I did most of my mods before buying the kit, and wish I had done it sooner. Each kit is tailored to your elevation and modifications you have done already, so there isn't much guessing. If you need individual parts for the carb on this bike, you have a Tekei MV30 carb which is very similar to the MV28 on the Yamaha TW200 and some Zongshen bikes. There are some great threads on this carb by Spudrider, and Rocky Mountain ATV sells parts for it. I'm just down the road from you in Apple Valley, so let me know if you need a hand with any of this or want to do some riding.

I didn't realize that the new SSR XF250 was called a Pioneer. I thought the Pioneer was the older Zong Sierra bike. Learn something new everyday.

MRM I like to ride towards the mountains where we have lots of BLM and USFS roads around the southern areas of Apple Valley and Hesperia. Let me know if you bring the bike out to Victorville and we can definitely find some trails nearby. Are you closer to Palmdale or California City?
2LZ I have read that Pioneer is a Qingqi affiliate. The bike has Pioneer stamped next to the VIN but I also see Qingqi parts on it as well.

SSR replaced the motor early on under warranty after issues with the cam chain/cam chain tensioner. This is a fairly well known problem with TU250's in which the cam chain tensioner is installed improperly or not adjusted after installation; this could have possibly been my fault but SSR covered it anyways. Make sure the cam chain tensioner is fitted snuggly and you should have no issues. The warranty process was inconvenient and slow but SSR did honor their warranty. I have had no problems ever since.

I borrowed this from a TU250 forum: Make sure to check your cam chain tensioner. There's a little rubber plug on the end of it and there's a flat head screw behind the plug that you're supposed to tighten (clockwise) to lock the tensioner in position when removing it from the engine. If this locking screw is not turned counter-clockwise as far as possible, the tensioner will not readjust properly and the cam chain will get loose as the engine gets broken in. I saw the tip on the google tu250 group and sure enough, my bike had the same issue. After turning the locking screw counter clockwise, the engine sounds much better, especially under hard acceleration, and has much better throttle response and feels more powerful. It also resulted in my best MPG yet of 78mpg.

2LZ thanks for finding that info. I think the best thing to do is to leave it alone unless you hear cam chain noise. I did like some on the TU forum and gave in to the urge to tinker.
I have posted the link to a useful thread by Spudrider on the teikei carb like we have on our XF250. http://chinariders.net/showthread.ph...i+carb+jetting

I'm not sure about the SSR250, though it's much the same as my Qlink 200, these are the sprockets I bought for it.
Countershaft - JTF 409 Rear - JTR 809. I cant' guarantee they're exactly the same but their both Suzuki motors. My stock gearing was a 15/48 and it would climb a telephone pole. I then went with a 16/44 to get some top speed and make it leggier....but with my fat arse on it, any hill or headwind would require a downshift to 4th. It was geared too tall. I put the stock 15 back on the front and it helped tremendously. I actually gained top speed because ti would rev higher, though it still wasn't as quick off the line. Just a couple weeks back, I went to a 15/46 to gain some quickness and trailability. So far, it's the ticket. I still have a real nice top speed but it trail rides better. Good to have some SSR/Q guys around again! Been a while..... It's been a sea of Hondoids here! ;-)

New Qingqi side plastics and seat went on the XF today. The new plastics are one piece, the old SSR plastic consisted of two parts screwed together. I got two sets of side plastic from taobao; one gloss black one flat black. I decided to put the flat black stuff on and it really reminds me of the Qlink. I like the new plastics much better, the stock plastic were designed with a spur that sticks out of the bottom and tends to get caught in cowboy boots, and probably riding boots too.
I also have a photo that shows my lightly modified air box. I made the holes using a 3/4" drill bit.

The new seat looks way better than the one which had some cuts in it. I also included a photo of my new 15 amp fuse holder which replaces the factory glass fuse holder. I blew the glass fuse while wiring in the heated hand grips and could not find a proper replacement at any of the local parts store, so I swapped in the ATC style holder.
On the left side of the bike you can see the lack of smog equipment bolted to the exhaust. The little plate bolted over the hole in the header came from Cleveland Cyclewerks for about $18. That could have been easily fabricated for cheap but when I did this I had no garage or tools available.
