TaoTao 125cc won’t start

My sons TaoTao is only 3 months old and suddenly out of nowhere stopped working, I couldn’t get the Neutral light to come on, replaced ignition switch and fixed that issue. But now I still can’t get it to start, checked continuity of pretty much everything and I believe it’s all good.
Battery good
Swapped out main fuses next to battery still nothing
Swapped ignition fixed 25% of the issue
I was able to touch both terminals on starter silonoid and manually started the ATV

But still can’t get it to crank! Please help

Probably the starter switch on the handlebars.
