An update on my KP mini. (Help? Anyone ever had a similar problem?)

Ok so I turned the idle screw on my kp up and she ran!!! But still somewhat rough and at a very high RPM. What should I do? Carburetor blockage? New carb? Re jet (and how?) thanks y’all! Here is a video of the problem:

Check the obvious things first, plug and wire. Make sure the throttle cable is binding on anything. Make sure the choke cable isn't sticking. Check your Air/Fuel screw and Idle screws.

Check your valves for proper clearance (engine needs to be cold).

Where is the air/fuel screw on the kp mini? I’ll check throttle. Choke cable is fine. Valves... well I may have to have someone do that... I’ll check the spark plug and wire too.
