Turns over, no fuel pump AND no spark. No blown fuses, any ideas?? Thanks

If you have not already done this, pull the fuses again but test them with a multimeter to be sure. Every few years I discover that's the cause in a machine.
No fuel pump and no spark? We can assume it's electrical with the evidence provided so far, so my next thought is your computer could have gone bad.
The easy way is to test your fuel pump's electrical leads to ground. If they are getting nothing, we might have a bad computer.

I pull mine out every night, and without it my quad turns over with even more enthusiasm, but never starts. I'm sure there's not much for brains inside them, but it's a decent extension for antitheft tactics. I'll wager it's just some relays and a small PCB with the digital brain equivalent to a fly.
