Apollo 250 Carb leaking
Bought a used Apollo 250 and the carb was leaking from the drain since I bought it. I cleaned the carb and checked that the floats were working and they were. Put the carb back on and it was immediately still leaking. At this point I just decided to buy another cheap PZ30 and work from there.
Got the new carb installed and started tuning it. Was having some troubles at first but eventually got it to start idling well. It idled well for a couple minutes and then eventually it started bogging down and stalled. As soon as it stalled I notice fuel leaking from the drain at the bottom of the bowl. What could be causing the bowl to fill up in two different carbs one of them brand new? |

Float height.
I'm not sure where to look for a spec, but typically with the carb held upsidedown the bar should be parallel with the surface the bowl mates to, assuming it doesn't have a slant bowl. |

Float height is 14mm from flange to bottom (top when inverted) of the floats on the end opposite the float needle
