help with wiring a 200cc lifan "chopper style"

i recently purchased a lifan 200cc dual sport for some cheap transportation. well the guy before me hacked the hell outta this thing so now theres no lights, or battery. i would like to just wire up a tail light (not dual stage, just constant on) and a head light, problem is i dont know how lol. any help would be greatly appreciated. all wiring is still intact on bike.

Dude, Vegas traffic deserves a little more care. IMO, you should have both mirrors all park/high-low, etc., lights and a working honk honk before you hit the road. Stay safe brother.
