Has anyone done suspension upgrades?

Just looking for ideas for upgraded fork springs also trying to figure out how much fork oil goes in the traditional style forks on the hawk. Also want to upgrade the rear suspension if I can I've seen the air shocks on ebay I may try that but I think even a spring would help. I have no idea how to look for these parts or specs for fork oil. I need a little mor suspension due to being about 260 lbs lol.

Not sure about front shocks but this might work on rear suspension. You would still have to measure for fitment.

I'm doing tons of stuff to my xr70 pitbike and I'll be showing people how to turn stock shocks into adjustable shocks. I know a way to change your forks for heavier rider to smooth them out and slow down them own ,most of all not bottom out.

But for now..... You have stock oil in there I'm sure . It all depends how much money you want to spend .If it was me I would check the level of the oil before dumping it , you can use atf or 20wt fork oil compress forks and refill with your choice to the same level. Now put hem back in and check them out. This is shortened I advise you to follow proper fill procedure as instructed by manufactublah blah blah. If they feel good have fun go riding, pull a wheelie for me! If you require more you can get pvc pipe and make a spacer to compress the spring . That should do the trick!
