No spark

I have a 250 Atv that has no spark so i replaced the CDI, Voltage regulator, coil, new plug, stator, netural safty switch, and still have no spark can anyone help.

Check that kill switch is not on or possible short on kill switch.

Also make sure that all of your grounds are clean and rust/paint free.
