Lifan LF200GY-5 Texas Registration

What's needed to register a LF200GY-5 in Tarrant County Texas? I know I need an MSO, But I have heard that not all MSO are created equal, so what questions do I need to ask the dealer to make sure I get a bike I can register

Not to be rude but it's in this thread... it's on you to made the phone call or ride to them to find out. There are a lot of people that even in the same State have experienced different issues.
