Can anyone identify this?

Found this locally but have no idea what it is nor does the owner other than him knowing it’s a Chinese copy and he says is a 250cc,can anyone identify this? Thinking about picking it up for a toy since he offered it for 100 bucks

Alloy rim/ meters ... resembles Suzuki GN125/ Engine is a CG family....
