Giovanni Customer Service Excellent

Just wanted to put my good dealings with Giovanni customer service in here,as most people just write up about the bad, never the good.As I have just had another dealing with them.

I have dealt with Gio NUMEROUS times....and never had a bad dealing...

Just recently,as posted in the ATV section,i'd bought 2 mini-beasts for my 2 boys for x-mas...couple minor things broke in shipping...John sent those parts..PLUS EXTRA'S....

Bought numerous other parts\gear...always here within 5-6 business days..!!

All in all,my dealings with John at Gio has been a pleasant one.

I know that results may vary, but my experiences with John have always been positive.

I, on the other hand, have had several negatives, that through badgering, turned into, if not positive, at least a neutral. I believe that John has the best of intentions, but sometimes the execution doesn't seem to work out, mainly by messing up the details. Be this deliberate, or accidental, I can't say. Customer satisfaction is in the details and some times the "details" get missed.

Ditto to that statement here as well.

I would imagine there are always challenges, whether it be language, junior staffers or a host of other things that could cause mess ups. It's just the way things are I think.
