Assembling a HI-Bird 250cc-IIA

What (besides loc-tite & motor oil) do I need to assemble my HI-Bird 250cc-IIA?

Good assortment of metric wrenches and sockets 8-17mm, adjustable wrench, hammer?, screw drivers, electrical tape, zipties. A helper would be good too.

Good...I've got all of that. My friend is going to help me put it together...he graduated from the HD factory program at MMI Orlando and worked as a HD mechanic for several years. I'll more than likely end up being the 'helper'

You are good to go then. There are no special tools needed and the average person can usually get them together since most of it is basic assembly.
