How do I use my 3 way gas valve?

The manual does not specify what the ON/OFF/RESERVE position is..? I want to make sure I am on the regular ON setting so that I can use reserve if I need to. Thanks!

On my Templar one position is the left side of the tank, then "off", then the right side of the tank. Because the tank has a hump in the middle there's a puddle of fuel on the other side when one side runs out. Word is on my Templar that that puddle actually doesn't get you far, I haven't tested it.

Either up is reserve, or down is reserve. YOUR choice. If it is up, it takes fuel from one lobe (right or left). When you run out, switch to the other lobe.

Maybe one lobe has a little more fuel than the other, but basically that's it. Follow those two tubes back to the tank and you will see. One goes to the right, and one goes to the left.
