BD250-7/165fmm-p engine idling issue

I have a BD250-7 cruiser, and it keeps stalling while idling. It happens when it's in both neutral and gears. I tried to give it gas and it would sometimes stall too. The engine is 165fmm-p. Has anyone has the same issue I have? Any ways I can fix it?

Have you adjusted the valve lash?

No. How do I adjust it?
After the engine is warm, the bike's RPM would drop to around 1000. It sounds like it running lean and sometimes it just stalls.

I think you should look at a few of the numerous videos on YouTube. Being a Chinese vertical thumper. you should be able to find a few of the videos out there of people adjusting their 2XXcc dual-sports. You have essentially the same engine, only yours is fuel-injected. There may be videos of the actual Baodiao/Boom 223cc engine, but most bikes listed under Boom will be videos of the horizontal 125cc Vader.

I have a bd250-5. It had the same issue. It was also sluggish and missed below 4000 rpm. Check the spark plug. The gap was so small I had to force the 0.020 guage into the gap. I got a new plug and gapped it at 0.030 and while it still is a bit rough until warm once it is warm it idles perfect.

The spark plug and the tmap on my Vitacci Titan250 165FMM-L worked for me.
I've literally only got 5 miles on it so I haven't gotten to the valve clearance yet.

Amazon links for plug and tmap...
