Hi. A more precise description of the model would help obtain more reply posts. Nothing comes up on Google using what you've given us.
There are 1000's of Chinese models and brands about.

If it's any help I have a DAX (Honda ST70) replica using that Lifan engine, and at least the horizontal Honda Cub-based engine is a beauty. Reliable and reasonably powerful, with a slick 4 speed gearbox. Easily tunable for a little more performance.
