I'm not the expert on such matters but I found this manual reference for a CGR 125 and maybe has some useful info.

Everything is not exactly the same I'm sure since this is not a Hawk but maybe there is enough similarities to help you out with some things.

In the CSC/tt250/pdf that Herbie provided, it says on page 29 (adjusting the chain):

"When the rear wheel is aligned and the chain slack is correct, tighten the rear axle to 35 ft-lbs."-this seems a little weak for a 14mm bolt.

I have torqued my rear axle now 3 different times and now I'm worried about crushing my bearings at 69 ft-lbs. What is truly the correct #, as I've seen 35-50-69 ft-lbs recommended? I think using Loctite and 50 ft-lbs would be just fine.

I’m not sure my torque wrench is right my wheel is petty tight and a friend came over and we we decided go with 50 55 lbs until he brings his torque wrench over , there’s not near as much drag on it now
