Can someone identify these parts please?

I didnt order these, but they showed up on Tuesday with no paperwork and Im not sure what they are. The packaging was labeled POSH Racing Projects. Thanks.

That looks like a clockable adapter. The idea is that you can use the adapter to not only mount the carb, but correct it vertically. Not sure why there are two.
