New "China Rider" in AZ

Just need a joy ride around the neighborhood. I recently bought a TaoTao Arrow 150, converting to street.

Welcome!
You could convert that to street legal in your area? So cool! I'd love to see that.

In various towns/municipalities there are laws that allow "utiily" vehicles to be legally registered for on road use. Usually they are speed and road type restricted and have to have working lights, mirrors, and a windscreen.

One of these years, someone will convert a motorized bar stool to street legal; I am sure of that!

Here in the great state of Hellinois people, far too many without teeth and a drivers license, buzz around on uninsured unregistered non-taxed gas powered bicycles.......so Hell yes.... A bar stool should be allowed as well.

I've certainly seen golf cart / quad zones in various towns, but never a go-kart. That's a new level.

It can't be just any barstool rig... I'm thinking synchronized dual carbs for a starting point...

I live in Arizona. It doesn't take much to make an "ATV" street legal. The Arrow 150 comes with almost everything to be "street legal" by AZ state laws. I just needed to add a horn and a light for the licence plate. It is registered as an ATV "Off Highway Vehicle" or OHV. I can drive it almost anywhere, granted it currently tops out at 35mph on flat ground.
