Can anyone identify this?

Found this locally but have no idea what it is nor does the owner other than him knowing it’s a Chinese copy and he says is a 250cc,can anyone identify this? Thinking about picking it up for a toy since he offered it for 100 bucks

100 bucks and hours and hours of FUN playing with it! I never find deals like this.

Come to Arkansas! I recently just found 2 1978 cb750s that needed brought back to life from the scrap heap for 106 bucks!

That looks like an older yamaha or suzuki with a china motor in it. I can't see it very good to tell.
