Help! Speedo isnt working

The speedo on my magician isnt working at all. Ive pulled it off and it looks like the 3 Teeth that contact the hub may be pushed in and not making contact. TXPOWERSPORTS is no help and all i get it one line responses at most. Can anyone help me figure this out?

ALL of my Chinese enduros' speedos have gone out. It seems to be par for the course. I would suggest to try to contact RPS for a warranty cable, but don't count on it working very well from here on out. Member mjstef, who sells digital Hawk clusters, would be one to contact, BUT one of you Magician owners needs to see if the clusters fit. Two completely different bikes (Hawk and Magician) but since they use identical engines, the wiring should be the same at least. The being 'different' part would determine if the cluster can physically be properly attached to a Magician.

The two main things he needs to confirm are the clusters bolt patter where it mounts to the bracket and the speedometer drive on the wheel. If those two are the same, then it is simply a matter of changing the settings for the magicians smaller wheel.

I thought this subject came up earlier in the summer, and the electronic speedo adapter that goes next to the front wheel is the same, but the head had a control that had to be reset for the difference in the wheel diameter. I could be wrong about this, unless someone else recalls the thread....ARH

Somewhat. I was trying to work with somebody to confirm that the wheel speed sender and cluster mount patter was the same as a Hawks, but I never got anybody to work with me on it. Until a Magician owner puts in a little bit of effort it will only ever be speculation.
