Hawk DLX Boggs down after about 15 miles

Could it be the fuel injector or maybe the o2 sensor. ?? Any ideas

This sounds like vapor lock? Is your tank well vented?

Can you read live data from the ECU? your description is very vague etc.

Seems some of these EFI bikes have issues with cheap fuel pump relays - they are an generic relay and maybe the autoparts local has a quality USA or so replacement.
