How screwed am I? Stripped bolt of clutch spring cover

I just went ahead and swapped out the OME clutch springs on my Brozz 22 for the Heavy Duty CSK41. As I am closing up 1 of the bolts on the spring cover snapped. I have a friend coming in a few days with a bolt remover kit but how screwed am I?

Can I run it with the stripped one in place plus the other 5?
Did I really over-tighten that much by hand or was it the cheap metal?

Unscrew the rest of them and take the basket apart. Use vise grips to remove the protruding broken screw. Go to the hardware store and get new screw.

The specs on most motorcycle clutch spring screws is measured in inch/pounds (between 50 and 70) and not foot/pounds. For clutch spring screws the general rule is "just snug" and not crank it down!

Wait for the friend to come over with the kit. You'll get it out. Take your time with it and you'll be solid. The trick is to not get antzy and try a bunch things that make it worse while you are waiting.
