brake lights

ok did a quick check over of my bike as i know the electrics are really bad and have now no brake lights at all have checked all connections cleaned them and put back no luck checked bulb seems fine has anybody else had this? if so any help much appreciated

hi , i have the same model bike as you and came across this problem a few months ago , have you tried checking the brake pedal connector

it is both the front and back brake

to be honest the only other thing i can think of is that where the front brake lever is , underneath you will see two metal sensor pins , and on these there should be some rubber cable that slides on to each of them are they attached ?

What do you meant he bulb seems fine? Did you try a different one? I had a wire break off inside the light socket once that needed to be soldered back on also. Might want to check that.

it was two wires had got damaged and sheared through so just reconnected them all is good now but still have no left indicator weird

Perhaps the indicator bulb itself is out? I need to open up the box with my indicators because the hi-beam indicator has not worked in some time. I am hoping its just a bulb, but I really want to change them to LED's anyway.

my first thought but both dont work on that side and on the dash light is on continuously
