Gio Bikes has a lot of happy customers here. Have you been ripped off? Present some facts please. Thanks.

For the life of me I don't understand why a US resident would fool around with ordering ANYTHING in Canada.

Shipping rates here are horrendous.

I am not defending GIO, who sometimes I feel "pads" the shipping cost, but when I can buy in the US a : 4 petal reed valve, a aluminum intake manifold, a rubber spigot (hose), misc bolts and gaskets, and a flat slide mikuni, and get it shipped to me USPS for $7.10 US.
Shipping a similar package would have been in excess of $20 Canada post.

UPS also is in the habit of "upcharging" shipments at the border 100% for "customs handling fees".

There is also a "preferred customer rate" from UPS that GIO neglects to pass on to their customers.

When the shipping, within Canada, for a set of forks, is $60, there is something wrong.

You only have to buy bids for the "lime" auctions, not the regular orange ones, and i agree shipping is getting a bit much for me too.
