Lifan 200cc question

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum, from NH, and a dealer of the Kikker 5150 Hardknocks. I recently purchased a 200cc Lifan engine for installation in one of our rollers, and I am having some difficulty with the wiring. Does anyone know what this seemingly extra plug goes to?
