Venom X22R Max speedometer issue

The common issue I see a lot of Max owners having is the speedometer not reading any movement. My speedometer was fine for about a month, then one day it stop registering. I would be going 30mph and it would read 0. I did not mods that would interfere in the speedometer or sensor. I changed my speedometer to a Universal TFT reusing the same sensor to no avail. Every now and again it will work for a few moments then boom….nothing lol i wonder if anyone can elaborate more on this issue or a fix
