New Hawk on the way

After lots of research the bike was ordered Friday through eBay

Received a call Saturday to confirm color choice and contact info for trucking company and minutes later I had my tracking info.

Can’t wait, already gathering fresh oil and battery tender to start with.

Great choice!

Another thing you may want to consider grabbing is a new carb and jet kit. I would consider that an essential item for this bike as the stock carb likes to be unpredictable. My father replaced the carb in his Hawk 250 and she will now idle smoothly until the tank runs out of gas if you let it. We are running the 110 main jet in ours.

Here is the carb and jetkit he ordered.

Carb MYK VM26 30mm Carb Carburetor PZ30
Jets Wingsmoto Carburetor Carb Jet Aftermarket Replacement for VM22 VM24 VM26

The parts go in and out of stock on Amazon, but you can shop around online, I know the carb and jets above are tried and true on the Hawk.

If your Hawk is EFI then disregard this message

Ordered green then got a call next day saying they didn’t receive green in the shipment. Settled for black.
