New TT250 upgrades for 2022

Anyone see these yet? Looks like the graphics were improved, which corrected the weird "T\T250" look from the side, the headlight / brake light / turn signals are all improved, AND best yet, it has a brand new digital cluster. I didn't see it listed in any of their parts yet, but I'm very curious how much it would be. As far as I can tell, all the rest of the specs are all the same.

I'm not mad that I didn't wait and extra year for my first bike, I'm just mad that this wasn't in the 2021 models

CSC puts out a good product and always did. They really need to step it up and look into keeping up with the competition. So many of the newer bikes that are coming out are 6 speeds and EFI. I'm sure the EPA standards will force them eventually to switch to EFI. I do like the new graphics but is that worth $100 more? Customers should be giving them some feedback on what upgrades they are looking for. A heaver swingarm like what on the Brozz or my KPX would be a nice upgrade as well.

So what would a heavier swingarm do (other than add strength)? I was a little relieved to see they didn't change too much actually, so I don't have to feel TOO bad, but it does seem like at the very least that an EFI would be an appropriate upgrade. I'd also love to see some kind of a fitted windshield add-on, as I have yet to find anyone that hasn't had to basically cut their own piece of plastic. I'm fully used to riding 60mph with no windshield, but sometimes when it's coming right at me it can get pretty rough. On the other hand, since I have nothing else to compare it to, once I am lucky enough to get another bike that has one, it'll feel like a huge difference.

I absolutely love my TT250s. I'm glad I got them when I did (October 2020).

If I were in the market for a new dual sport right now, I would seriously consider the KPX. The price is not that far off from the TT250, and you get A LOT more bike.

I would like to see CSC offer a mid range 450CC dual sport. They could take the engine and transmission out of the RX4 and slam it into a heavier built dual sport frame. The bike would have more HP and torque than the 229cc, and (hopefully) weigh less than a KLR650. Just a thought...

I like this. I started to look at stuff for the KPX and had to stop due to "ohhh but I want thaaat!" syndrome. If I was in the same place I was last fall, I'd be all about it. But I have no regrets. However, if they did come out with a 450cc or 400cc dual sport, I'd be seriously debating selling ol Ruth for an upgrade. Dangit I think she heard me, she's looking at me now...

Yeah, you have to watch how you talk around your other bikes. They could get mad at you and leave you on the side of the road. lol
