Fork oil?

So I figure I might as well change out the fork oil on this bike as I'm fixing it up. What's the procedure, oil type, and capacity to do this? The bike appears to use the same front forks as a Gio X31 bike. See pic

Measure how much oil drained maybe the best answer...
Oil type: ATF , AW32 hydraulic oil works fine in most case

Thanks for the reply. Doing a search I can never find any actual info on BSE Bosuer maintenance so I assume what looks to be the same.

I keep reading more and more that these non adjustable forks are not good for most riding and hard on the body.

Can you recommend some reasonably priced adjustable units I can use and what would need to be changed converted? I read something about using YZF or early RM parts as well but nothing confirmed.

These ones I currently have measure 711mm long (quick measurement) by 42mm/48mm but I'm not against changing out the triple clamp if need be, I'd just like to know what I'd have to use. Thanks!

It's probably a 730mm. Just a quick measurement and I'm sure it was compressed a bit. -30c with windchill I didn't want to be out in the garage any long than necessary, lol.
